Refund policy

We have a money guaranteed policy duration of 30 days. To be eligible for our policy, your subscription needs to be purchased directly through our website. To start a reimbursement claim, you can contact us at contact@unibanq.ca. 

You can always contact us for any return questions at contact@unibanq.ca. Certain types of items cannot be returned, like physical products (books, flashcards) or custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@unibanq.ca.
